Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible items.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition

  • The item must be in original packaging

  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number)

  • The return must be approved by our support team before shipping

Items returned without prior authorization may not be eligible for a refund.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Used or damaged items not due to manufacturing defect

  • Items returned without original packaging

  • Final sale or clearance items

How to Request a Return

Damaged or Defective Items

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item:

  2. Place a new order separately


Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation may not be possible.


Dropshipping & Multiple Shipments

Space Smart Living operates using a dropshipping fulfillment model. Products may ship from third-party suppliers and may arrive separately.

Return addresses may differ from the original shipping location. Return instructions will always be provided by email after approval.


Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

We encourage customers to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

Filing a chargeback without first contacting customer support may delay resolution.

We maintain detailed order, tracking, and communication records for payment processor verification.


Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The item is defective

  • The item was incorrect

  • The issue was caused by our fulfillment error
