Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or federal holidays.

During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly extended. Customers will be notified of any significant delays.


Shipping Locations

We currently ship to:

  • United States

  • Canada

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or restricted regions.


Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times vary depending on product availability, supplier warehouse location, and shipping carrier.

United States:
Estimated delivery within 5–12 business days after processing.

Canada:
Estimated delivery within 7–15 business days after processing.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.


Dropshipping Fulfillment Model

Space Smart Living operates using a dropshipping fulfillment model. This means products may ship directly from trusted third-party suppliers or warehouses.

As a result:

  • Items in the same order may arrive separately.

  • Packaging may vary depending on the supplier.

  • Shipping times may differ slightly between products.

We carefully select suppliers to ensure reliable shipping and product quality.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated.

If free shipping promotions are offered, minimum purchase requirements will be clearly displayed on the website.


Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if available).

Tracking updates may take 1–3 business days to appear after shipment.

Delayed or Lost Shipments

Space Smart Living is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Carrier issues

  • Weather events

  • Customs processing (for Canada)

  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer

If a package is confirmed lost in transit, we will work with the carrier and supplier to resolve the issue.

Customers must contact us within 7 days of a confirmed delivery issue.


Incorrect Address Policy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address:

  • The customer may be responsible for reshipping costs.

  • Refunds may be reduced by shipping fees incurred.
